Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment.
What is the average downpayment required to secure my show?
Depending on the duration of the show, you will be required to deposit 40-60% of the total investment.
Will we be able to change the parameters before the show?
Yes, we will need 4-6 hours notice prior to the show time.
Who is responsible for clean up after a show?
We will remove all visible debris after the show is complete, however the client is responsible for clean up. Arrangements can be made and factored into our agreement if additional cleaning services are needed.
Who is responsible for the liability insurance?
This will vary with each show. We are able to cover your show at an additional fee. If you decide to decline our insurance, you will be asked to sign a waiver that will make you responsible for all liabilities.
What is the minimum cost per show?
Shows start as low as $600 and can go up to $3,000 per min; We work with all budget.
How long will you need to set up?
We need at least 8 hours prior to the show for set up.
When is the final investment due?
Your final investment will be due immediately after the show is complete.
Do you offer discounts?
No, we do not offer discounts.
How much time is required in the preparation/design of a show?
Approximately 30-60 days is required, depending on the duration of the show.
